Overview
We only offer refunds for misprinted or damaged items, with adequate proof.
Returns and claims:
- Damaged/defective items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know within 30 days of receiving it.
- Missing items: If your package is lost in transit, please report it to us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- Errors on our part: We’ll only cover the cost of returns for any mistakes we make.
If you notice an issue with the products or anything else on the order, click here to submit a problem report. If there is a need for proof like pictures or screenshots, attach them with the report.
We will give you a return address once we confirm your report. Note the following instructions.
Return updates: You’ll receive an email notification once we receive your return.
Unclaimed returns: We donate unclaimed returns to charity after 30 days.
Incorrect return address: Please be sure to use the provided return address sent to you. We cannot be held responsible for returns with incorrect addresses.
Wrong Address: If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
